Orders

Orders ship within 2-3 business days. You will be notified if turnaround for an order will exceed that time. Custom and Bespoke orders will ship in 2-4 weeks depending on scale of order.

Shipping

Domestic shipping is free on orders of $100 or more. Items typically ship using UPS Ground. USPS First Class is also available at checkout as lowest possible shipping cost.

UPS 2nd day air and UPS next day air are also available at checkout.

International shipping is also available at checkout. Custom orders will include a $20 flat fee for international shipping.

A tracking ID will be provided once the order is shipped.

Returns

I guarantee the quality of each item before shipping it out. If your item is received clearly incorrect or visibly damaged, I will be happy to repair or fix it for you at no additional cost to you. Please have clear documentation of the issue as you discover it.

If you are unhappy with your made-to-order product I can accept a return as long as it is in its original and unused condition.

Contact farand@sharpsideleather.com within 7 business days of receiving your item in order to begin the return process. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returns. After the item has been received and inspected the return will be issued.

Custom-made projects are unique designs and are final sales. However, I ensure the project is to your liking before shipping out. I send reference photos for every decision along the way and a final photo before shipping out.
